Worth the extra bucks to pay for a better-made cable from Monster. excellent signal quality - worth it - stick with Monster. I have found from experience that other so-called "exactly the same" HDMI cables of other brands are NOT the same in terms of performance. Otherwise why have I observed a difference in signal/video/sound quality with same home equipment. And my stuff is GOOD stuff, so don't blame my components.
The monster 800HD cable that I bought are awesome. Video and sound on the blu-ray are amazing. Rec everyone with a ps3 to buy this cable. Perfect.

You can see and feel the quality of the Monster HDMI 800HD (Advanced Series) cable right out of the package. I'm a firm believer that if you are going to spend a lot of money on a high definition TV and home theater set up, then you need to spend a little money on good quality cables.
